How do we work with you?
Before we start any coaching with you, we help you to define what you want to achieve. This may include tangible objectives such as improving your financial goals, resolving a relationship difficulty or helping you to find the right career path, and intangible goals such as finding greater self-confidence, or enhancing your sense of joy.
Once you have clarified your goals, you can opt for the number of sessions (usually ten) at a time and frequency to suit you.
